Traineeship

Thanks to its association with good universities and local entities, Sirti offers training courses that help trainees put their studies into practice and to improve and develop their potential and ability to work independently. Supported by a tutor, the candidate will be able to interact with various contacts in different areas of the company, and get directly involved in complex, innovative projects, in Sirti’s dynamic, stimulating environment.
Curiosity, flexibility and enthusiasm are the main characteristics that we are looking for in young people who wish to undertake a career with our company.
If you are about to get your degree/are a recent graduate in engineering or economics, apply for the positions available or enter use the new curriculum option to enter your details.

Employment

There are employment opportunities at Sirti for people with high levels of experience in the telecommunications, computer, transport and energy sectors, or for a wide range of other staff positions in the company.
The positions open in our company can be found under “announcements”. If your profile does not match the positions available, you can still apply by choosing the ‘new curriculum’ option. Your details will be entered onto the company database used for our recruitment procedures. The resource will be contacted as soon as any opportunities arise that match their profiles.

SCREENING CURRICULA
Once you have applied through our website, either in response to a specific job or if you just send in you CV, it will be carefully considered to order to see whether it fits the profiles/positions that are open in our company.
INTERVIEW-HR
The candidate will be interviewed by a HR manager to find out more about the application and the knowledge, skills or previous professional experience possessed by the candidate.
APTITUDE TESTS, TECHNICAL TESTS AND KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH
In order to get an overview of the candidate, a number of tests will be given to assess their aptitudes, technical skills and knowledge of English.
INTERVIEW WITH HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
If the candidate passes the previous steps, they will get through to the final phase. The interview with the head of the department is the decisive step that will determine whether the candidate is hired by the company.
