Sirti employs about 4,000 people spread throughout the entire country, in the numerous offices in every region. This allows the company to react quickly to situations and carrying out its operation more efficiently.
Due to the type of work the company is engaged in, it is very important for it to be well-distributed throughout the country for organisation purposes: this allows it to respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests.
This is why Sirti developed an operating structure to monitor the territory so that it can respond to customer requests with a maximum response time of 2 hours, with the distances never exceeding 150 km. All the teams and operating groups around the country are coordinated by the general management office in Milan and the 4 regional operating structures.
