Social Accountability
Sirti Group, aware of the Social Accountability and safety value in its companies, has identified the SA8000 Standard an indispensable guideline for direct all decisions concerning the working and social life of its companies.
The Group has therefore defined a management system for Social Accountability according to the requirements of the SA8000 Standard which are based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights, conventions of the ILO, international human rights norms and national labour laws. This management system involves all stakeholders.

Anti-Corruption Model
Sirti committes to carrying out its business with honesty, integrity, fairness and transparency in accordance with the Laws, Regulations and International Standards that apply to its business.
In this sense, SIRTI S.p.A. has adopted its own Anti-corruption Model in order to provide a systematic reference framework of the Anti-Corruption rules and procedures that the Company intends to pursue both at national and international level, and in relations with the Public Administration and private individuals.
This Model is a part of a corporate ethical control system aimed at ensuring full compliance of the Company with the relevant standards and therefore, each employee is required to read and understand its contents – reported in the document below – in order to be fully compliant.
CSR EcoVadis evaluation
With an evaluation process on Corporate Sustainability based on international standards, EcoVadis, leading company in evaluation of CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, has conferred the Silver Medal to Sirti Group as recognition of the obtained score. This one comes from the performances of 21 indicators through 4 areas (environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement).
Silver Medal achievement shows that Sirti Group, thanks to the efforts for the continual improvement, places itself in top 25% of the companies evaluated by EcoVadis, ranking in 81st percentile.
