The Scenario

The most important players in the Energy world have strongly accelerated the process of transforming systems and technology infrastructures to support business diversification and energy transition. To concretely support this strategy, innovative technologies are needed to be implemented on the different organisational articulations distributed throughout the territory.

The challenge

There is a need to identify a single partner able to take charge of all the technical and operational complexity, making the process of market analysis, design, provisioning and support homogeneous and controlled.

The preferred criterion for choosing a partner is proximity to the customer’s sites and, consequently, the ability to work closely together at all stages of individual implementation projects and on all sites involved.

The planned activities are governed by a uniform and centralised framework of procedures and methodological best practices to be applied systematically to govern the processes.

The solution

To meet this challenge, we formed a multidisciplinary team capable of activating all skills and logistical functions to manage design, provisioning, maintenance and proximity services. The project team is characterised by its expertise in communication networks and cybersecurity, and its ability to provide a variety of services in areas as diverse as collaboration and monitoring.

The services provided are divided into three main phases:

  • Design, Provisioning of systems, plants and technological devices, materials and specialised services.
  • Maintenance on all activities related to the provision and management of technology vendor maintenance services.

  • Field activities supporting the operation of implemented solutions.
