The smartworking experience started long before the health emergency, through a pilot project divided into two different steps that involved almost 500 people whose activities were defined as “remote”.

The 2020 pandemic then acted as a catalyst to accelerate this process, enabling Sirti to
review patterns, habits and ways of understanding work. At the same time, it spurred the company to find effective solutions to ensure business continuity in a changed scenario.

Sirti firmly believes in the “smart-working” concept, now available to more than 1,500 Group employees, including some purely operational figures, because it is convinced that the relationship of trust between manager and employee is the basis for work based on the concepts of objectives, productivity and effectiveness.
