Digital Solutions - Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Ivana leads the Bid Management, Partnerships Management, and Brand, Marketing & Communication functions. She brings over 30 years of experience in the Telco, Media, Cloud, and IoT sectors, with a proven track record in leading innovative projects from product definition to go-to-market. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in top-tier companies such as TIM, EMC2 (now Dell), Reply, and Olivetti, focusing on technological innovation and Over-The-Top solutions.
Prior to joining Sirti Digital Solutions, she served as Head of Marketing, Sales Planning, and Sales Support for the Polo Strategico Nazionale, actively contributing to the Cloud strategy for Italy’s Public Administration under the PNRR framework.
Digital Solutions – Business Unit Data Center & Smart Infrastructures
With a degree in Electronic Engineering, Massimiliano has extensive experience managing high-tech projects, with a particular focus on data centers, network infrastructures, and smart systems. Throughout his career, he has led the end-to-end development of data centers for telecom operators, the defense sector, and the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as major technological infrastructure projects for transportation, smart roads, and smart buildings. Driven by a passion for innovation and technology, he coordinates a highly specialized engineering team dedicated to developing next-generation digital and infrastructure solutions.
Digital Solutions - Chief of Staff
Eugenio, in addition to leading the company’s transformation and strategy, oversees the HR, Procurement, and Management System divisions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organization & Information Systems from Bocconi University, and brings over 15 years of management consulting experience. Throughout his career, Eugenio has worked in Italy and abroad on strategic planning and technology-driven transformation projects. He began his professional journey at Intesa Sanpaolo, then continued with Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group, before becoming Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he supported major financial institutions and technology players over the years.
Digital Solutions - Business Unit Data & IoT
Ludovico is Head of the Data & IoT Business Unit. Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, served as Head of Data Platform at Sky Italia, where he worked closely with top management in the transformation process towards becoming a data-driven company, leading the team responsible for the development and management of the Data Platform.
His previous experience also includes management roles at Reply, where, among other responsibilities, he headed two different business units, always maintaining a strong focus on the development of IoT platforms in the Telco, Insurance, and Industrial sectors.
Digital Solutions - CEO
Massimiliano has extensive experience in Italy and abroad, leading technology-driven organizations and accelerating the digital transformation of leading companies in the tech, telco, and insurance sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in top-tier companies such as BCG, H3G, Vodafone, Reply, and Zurich, contributing to business growth and the adoption of innovative ICT solutions.
A graduate in Economics from Bocconi University and passionate about technology, he has developed strong expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and the integration of new technologies into business processes.
Digital Solutions - Sales
Carmine is head of the sales department within Sirti Digital Solutions.
He joined Sirti Digital Solutions after a career with system integrators operating in the ICT market. He held positions with progressively more responsibility from service design to sales management, gaining experience in both Italian and multinational companies.
Digital Solutions - CFO
Alessandra is the Chief Financial Officer of Sirti Digital Solutions, where she leads the Administration, Finance, and Control Department. She also serves as the Sirti Group Chief Sustainability Officer, a role through which she contributes to the digitalization and evolution of financial processes from an ESG perspective, promoting new sustainable business models. As the Group Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), she is responsible for the statutory and consolidated financial statements of Sirti S.p.A. A Certified Public Accountant, Alessandra joined Sirti in 2019 after more than 18 years at EY as Senior Manager, where she gained significant experience in auditing Italian listed companies and international groups.
Digital Solutions - Business Unit Network Services
Giovanni heads the Operations department within Digital Solutions.
He joined Sirti in 2013, after a professional career within large multinationals such as Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and Microsoft, where he worked nationally and internationally in increasingly complex roles.
Telco Infrastructures - Managing Director
Michele is head of Telco Infrastructures. He came to Sirti after a career in the telecommunications industry. Michele held the position of country manager of a leading multinational company, a senior role achieved following a series of assignments of increasing responsibility within the same company.
Transformation, Strategic Planning & M&A
Sara heads the Transformation, Strategic Planning and M&A department, with the task of defining strategic guidelines and coordinating projects to strengthen the Group's competitive positioning. She comes to Sirti after 20 years of experience in leadership roles gained in leading service organisations with an international profile.
Wellcomm Engineering - CEO
Nino started his career at Honeywell Control System, Milan, then joined Sinted S.p.A., a joint venture of Sirti, Honeywell, Bull for the design of Intelligent Building systems. In 1996 he founded Wellcomm Engineering, a leading company on the Italian market in the field of Cyber Security, which from April 2019 joins the Sirti Group in order to strengthen the offer portfolio in the market segments in which the Digital Solutions Business Unit operates.
Sirti Energia - Amministratore Delegato
Stefano, currently Managing Director of the subsidiary Sirti Energia, comes to Sirti after having held senior roles in leading international companies in the energy, waste-to-energy, telecommunications, media, management consulting and investment banking sectors. He was Chairman of the Board of CareDent.
Telco Infrastructures – CEO
Graduated in Law from the University of Palermo and holding an LLM from Durham University, Michele Scibetta joined Sirti in 2014 as a senior manager—following a decade of experience at some of the most prestigious international law firms—taking on the leadership of the Group Corporate, Legal, Public & Tax Affairs division.
Over the years, Michele Scibetta has held roles of increasing responsibility, gaining significant experience in the adoption and implementation of key decisions that have enabled the Group’s relaunch. He has contributed both as a member of the top management team and as a member of the Board of Directors of Sirti and its main subsidiaries, including Sirti Telco Infrastructures, Sirti Digital Solutions, and its cybersecurity-focused subsidiary Wellcomm Engineering, which was acquired in 2019.
Telco Infrastructures - Procurement & Supply Chain - Transformation & IT
Paolo is head of the Procurement & Supply Chain department and Transformation & IT department. He joined Sirti in 2008 in Finance, subsequently becoming Head of Tendering & Offer Management in 2013 and Head of Business Operations in 2015, until his current role as Director of Procurement & Supply Chain. He is Chairman and Managing Director of Sirti Alliance.
Telco Infrastructures - Sales
Alberto is head of the sales department that follows Wind3, Galata, Vodafone and Iliad customers within Telco Infrastructures. He started working at Sirti within the Operations structure, where he held positions with progressively more responsibility. He has been in charge of the sales area since 2003.
HR, Organisation & Communication
Clemente is head of the HRO & Communication department. He came to Sirti after experiences in Telecom Italia, Kpmg Advisory and Benetton Group, where he worked in the national and international arena. An expert in process improvement methodologies, he teaches business organisation at the State University of Milan and the Luiss Business School.
Internal Audit
Classe 1976, è a capo della Funzione Internal Audit. Dopo una prima esperienza professionale come revisore contabile in Arthur Andersen, ricopre per due anni il ruolo di responsabile Internal Audit di SAES Getters.
Dal 2006 opera in ambito consulenziale (da ultimo nello Studio SASPI-Fieldfisher), supportando le aziende nelle attività di internal auditing, compliance, risk management e process analysis. Da giugno 2019 inizia la collaborazione con Sirti con l’obiettivo di supportare il CdA ed il management nella valutazione e rafforzamento del sistema di controllo interno e nel miglioramento dell’efficacia e dell’efficienza dell’organizzazione.
Ricopre anche il ruolo di componente dell’Organismo di Vigilanza ex D. Lgs. 231/2001 di Sirti S.p.A.
Innovation e Marketing
Classe 1979, è a capo della Funzione Innovation & Marketing. Mimmo inizia la sua carriera in Sirti nel 2006 nella direzione ICT. Nel 2013 diviene Presales Manager nell’area Nord Italia, Divisione Telecomunicazioni e Grandi Clienti.
Dal 2015 Head of Communications & Relationship Marketing. Dal 2018 è stato Head of Innovation & Communication. Dal 2020 è a capo della funzione Innovation & Marketing.
Compliance, Sustainability, Audit, Risk Mgmt & QHSE
Marco heads the Compliance, Sustainability, Audit, Risk Mgmt & QHSE department. He came to Sirti after a career at GDF Suez first and at Engie later, where he held senior roles with increasing responsibility in the area of compliance both in Italy and abroad. He is also responsible for Procurement, Logistics & Real Estate. He was the Group's Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).
Telco Infrastructures - Engineering
Mario is head of Engineering at Telco Infrastructures. He comes to Sirti after a career in major multinationals in the TLC sector such as Siemens, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia, where he held sales and commercial management positions at national and international level.
Chief Executive Officer
Laura graduated with honours in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bologna and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bocconi.
In her more than 25 years of experience as a top executive, Laura has held senior roles in leading service companies in telecommunications, media, energy, financial services and management consulting: Chief Executive Officer at GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, Chief Executive Officer at Rcs Mediagroup, Chief Executive Officer at CartaSi (now Nexi), Chief Operating Officer at Sky Italia, Senior Vice President at ENI Gas & Power, Executive Director at Vodafone Italia, Partner at Bain & Company.
A series of Non-Executive Director positions in various Boards such as Mediobanca, Sofina, Autogrill, Brembo, Pirelli, Telecom Italia, Salini-Impregilo (now WeBuild), and World Duty Free Group further enrich her experience.
Chairman
David grew up in Milan, where he studied for his classical A levels (liceo classico). He holds an MA in mathematics from Oxford University and served as a Second Lieutenant at the Alpine Military School in Aosta, where he was Course Leader.
He worked at Arthur Andersen as an analyst and programmer before obtaining an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked at McKinsey for 30 years, where he served clients in Europe, America and Asia across many sectors, leading the Industrial and Telecommunications/Hi Tech sectors in the UK and the Strategy Practice in Europe.
In recent years, David has been an independent member of the boards of directors of telecommunications companies (Telecom Italia, Telekom Malaysia, Rostelecom) and a fintech company (Tungsten Network). David is also Chairman of V-Nova International, a London-based start-up with AI technologies for image and video compression, which was selected as the base technology for a new MPEG standard. He is also a Board Member of the AICPA, a global organisation representing around 700,000 accountants, and Chairman of King's Maths School, a high school linked to King's College London and specialising in mathematics, physics and computer science. Passionate about flying and a private pilot, David served on the board of the American Air Museum in Duxford, UK.
