Sirti has expertise and references in order to offer and build DVB-T networks (Digital Video Broadcast-Terrestrial) and DVB-H networks (Digital Video Broadcast-Handheld) in the various levels making them up:

• Contribution network: or namely, the network for connecting the single programs production centers and the national broadcasting schedule production center
• Carrier network: or namely, the network for connecting the national production center and the regional centers where local channels can be added to the broadcasting schedule
• Broadcasting network: for broadcasting the signal over the entire territory; it can be with an SFN (single-frequency) or MFN (multi-frequency) structure
• National and regional head-ends: are the production centers where the single video signals and programs stream in to be multiplied and broadcast over the network, organized according to the broadcasting schedule.  There are also systems for managing the services offered (EPG, CAS, PPV, VOD, interactive services) at the center

Sirti is able to develop the entire implementation process, from feasibility study and network planning and design to systems construction (including head-ends), network tuning and operational support.
