  • Network Operation Center (NOC):
    •  Monitoring, operation & administration, centralized remote supervision and management 24x365 with on-site intervention if needed:

      • Systems and applications
    • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Security Operation Center (SOC):
    • Security monitorin
    • Incident management
    • Crisis management
    • Tools development and customization
    • Tuning of security devices (IDS, IPS)
    • Tuning of correlation rules
  • DataBase Operation Center (DBOC): 
    •  DB Monitoring and administration with the same procedures of the NOC (in this area Sirti is recognized "Oracle Certified Partner")
  • Single Point Of Contact (SPOC):
    • Single point of access that  the provider/customer can contact every time a problem is encountered; it can be a toll-free number, a dedicated mailbox, a web portal
  • System & Application Management:
    • Monitoring of systems and application processes considered mission-critical by the customer
  • Activity Report Tracking (ART):
    • Tracking of activities and events related to ordinary, scheduled and extraordinary interventions via tickets associated with the objects to be managed and with the correlated activities
